Job Description
Connekt Broadband is seeking an experienced and dedicated Customer Support Manager to lead our customer support team and ensure the delivery of exceptional service to our clients. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership capabilities and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Responsibilities include overseeing daily operations, improving customer satisfaction, addressing escalated issues, implementing process improvements, and collaborating with other departments. A proven background in customer support with excellent communication skills is essential.
