Salary: ₦1,300,00.00 – ₦1,500,00.00 per month
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Implement performance management systems.
- Identify training needs and enhance employee development.
- Handle employee relations and improve engagement.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and manage payroll.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields; Master’s preferred.
- 7+ years of HR experience in Agribusiness or Manufacturing.
- Proficient in HRIS and data analytics.
- Fluent in English and French.
