Job Description
Become a crucial part of Eight Medical as an HR Manager, where you will be instrumental in developing our workforce. In this full-time, permanent role, you will lead recruitment and onboarding initiatives, establish and implement HR policies, and oversee employee performance management to cultivate a positive workplace environment. Your responsibilities will also include coordinating training programs, managing payroll and benefits, and maintaining confidential HR records.
The ideal candidate will hold an undergraduate degree along with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience. The starting salary for this position is ₦400,00.00 per month.
