The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree, HND, or equivalent in Production Management, Engineering, or a related field with at least 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment. Strong leadership, team management skills, and proficiency in production management software are essential. Candidates should possess excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, as well as strong communication and organizational skills.
