Job Description
Kenex Konsults International is looking for a skilled Lounge Manager to oversee the daily operations of our esteemed lounge in Port Harcourt, Rivers State. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service, leading a dedicated team, and fostering growth within the hospitality industry.
Key Responsibilities: Supervise staff to ensure superior service quality, manage inventory effectively, develop marketing strategies, uphold health and safety standards, and address customer complaints with professionalism.
Qualifications: A Bachelor’s or Higher National Diploma in Hospitality, Business Management, or a related field, along with 3-5 years of relevant experience in hospitality or lounge management.
