Job Description
Work Evolve Limited is actively seeking a qualified Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to ensure alignment between our HR strategies and business objectives. This full-time role is based in Lagos and offers a competitive salary ranging from NGN 600,00 to 900,00, with negotiable terms based on the candidate’s experience.
The successful candidate will hold a bachelor’s degree and bring 5-7 years of progressive HR experience, including a minimum of 3 years in a strategic HRBP or HR Manager position. Core responsibilities include talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance management.
