Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement AI conversation flows for Instagram direct messages.
- Create effective prompts to address common client inquiries.
- Manage edge cases, including cancellations and rescheduling.
- Optimize conversation scripts for clarity and user engagement.
- Collaborate with AI developers to ensure seamless integration.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in conversational user experience (UX) design.
- Familiarity with various AI platforms.
