Job Description
Brenhazy Limited, a privately owned Nigerian company founded in 2014, specializes in Manpower Services, Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC). We are looking for a proactive Head of Administration to join our team in Lekki, Lagos.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee documentation for property sales, leases, and purchases.
- Manage client communications and maintain accurate property records.
- Coordinate with surveyors, legal teams, and regulatory agencies.
- Ensure adherence to statutory regulations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree with 3-5 years of relevant experience.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
Compensation: N300,00 – N350,00 Monthly.
