Job Description

The Receptionist at D’Xplorer Cakes is the face of our organization, responsible for creating a welcoming and professional atmosphere for clients, visitors, and staff. This pivotal role encompasses managing the front desk, addressing inquiries, directing phone calls and guests, as well as providing key administrative support to ensure seamless daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Professionally greet and welcome all visitors.
• Answer, screen, and route incoming phone calls.
• Keep the reception area organized and professional.
• Manage correspondence and maintain visitor logs.
• Schedule appointments and meetings efficiently.
• Assist with clerical tasks as required.
