Responsibilities: Your role will include managing HR processes, performing administrative duties, supporting employee relations, coordinating training programs, assisting with payroll, ensuring compliance, and providing overall support.
Requirements: Candidates should have proven experience in HR/Admin roles, a solid understanding of HR practices, excellent organizational skills, discretion with confidential information, proficiency in MS Office, and a degree in any field.
Salary: ₦120,00 during the probation period (3 months), rising to ₦150,00 upon confirmation.
