Job Description
Workforce Group is seeking a dedicated Learning and Development Specialist to join our team in Lekki Phase 1. This full-time role is pivotal in designing, delivering, and evaluating effective learning programs that enhance our workforce’s capabilities. Key responsibilities include developing engaging training materials, facilitating interactive training sessions, and collaborating with teams to create customized learning solutions.
We are looking for candidates who possess a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business, or a related discipline, along with a minimum of 3 years of experience in Learning and Development or Human Resources. Preferred certifications include CIPM, ATD, or SHRM.
