Job Description
IPT PowerTech Group, a premier provider of specialized solutions in the power, industrial, and telecom sectors across the Middle East and Africa, is seeking an IT Support Officer to join our team in Lagos on a full-time basis.
The IT Support Officer will be responsible for delivering technical assistance to staff, ensuring seamless operation of computer systems, and resolving hardware, software, and network issues. Ideal candidates will possess 2-3 years of experience in IT support along with a Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
Strong troubleshooting skills and proficiency with Windows OS, business applications, and cloud platforms are essential for success in this role.
