Job Description
Nails & Co. is on the lookout for a detail-oriented and proactive Assistant Studio Manager to join our expanding nail studio in Lagos. This full-time role is ideally suited for individuals aged 25-28, who possess excellent interpersonal skills and a genuine passion for the beauty industry and operational management.
In this position, you will assist the Salon Manager with daily operations, oversee staff performance, engage with clients, manage appointments, track inventory, maintain studio cleanliness, and promote our services. Ideal candidates will have a minimum OND qualification and possess 1-2 years of relevant experience in a salon, spa, or hospitality environment.
We offer attractive benefits including Health Maintenance Organization (HMO) coverage and seasonal bonuses, with a salary range of NGN 100,00 – 150,00.
