Job Description
Class Suites Hotels & Apartments is a contemporary hotel chain with conveniently located properties in Lagos, Abuja, and Ibadan, all near major airports. We are currently seeking a dedicated Assistant General Manager for our Ikeja, Lagos location.
Responsibilities include:
- Overseeing daily hotel operations to ensure departmental efficiency.
- Training and managing staff while fostering a positive work environment.
- Guaranteeing exceptional guest satisfaction and effectively addressing any concerns.
- Assisting the General Manager with budget management and financial tracking.
- Collaborating with department heads to ensure seamless operations.
Qualifications: A B.Sc or HND degree with 3-5 years of relevant experience is required. Immediate availability is essential.
