Job Description
Lodestone Integrated is seeking a highly organized Personal Assistant to provide essential administrative support to senior management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for scheduling meetings, taking notes, managing correspondence, and coordinating travel arrangements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Offer secretarial and administrative support to senior management.
- Type, format, and edit various documents.
- Oversee internal and external correspondence.
- Coordinate appointments and maintain the events calendar.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or bachelor’s degree.
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
