Job Description

About the Role: Quintevo Nigeria Limited is on the lookout for a seasoned Windows Server Professional (Level 3) to oversee advanced server administration and manage critical infrastructure projects. This position requires expertise in leading escalations, designing robust solutions for enterprise environments, and ensuring the reliability and security of Windows Server systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the highest escalation point for complex Windows Server incidents.
  • Design and optimize Windows Server environments (2016/2019/2022).
  • Manage critical services including Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, and DHCP.
  • Lead server migration and implement effective backup solutions.
  • Mentor junior support staff and create comprehensive technical documentation.

Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree in Technology or a related field is required, along with 10+ years of backend support experience, and a minimum of 5 years with Windows Server and VMware virtualization.
