Job Description
Laprenge Staffing Solutions is on the lookout for a skilled Human Resources Manager to become a vital member of our innovative printing production company located in Mushin, Lagos. We seek a dedicated HR professional with a passion for human resources and a desire to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities: Oversee recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, policy development, health and safety management, and training initiatives.
Requirements: A degree in Human Resources or a related field, 3-5 years of HR experience in manufacturing, a strong understanding of labor laws, and outstanding communication skills.
