Job Description
Staffora Global is looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Operations Supervisor with expertise in sales and marketing to oversee our decoration projects in Lagos. This full-time role involves managing operations, leading teams, and fostering strong client relationships to ensure the successful implementation of our Christmas decorations.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee decoration projects, generate sales leads, maintain client relationships, coordinate with staff and vendors, manage budgets, and prepare performance reports.
Qualifications: At least 3 years of experience in operations, sales, or marketing. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities, excellent communication skills, and adaptability during peak seasons.
