Job Description
Speedaf Express is looking for a committed Customer Service Representative (CSR) to provide exceptional support to our customers. In this role, you will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will document all interactions, follow up on customer queries, and work collaboratively to enhance our customer service operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer complaints and inquiries promptly.
- Conduct follow-up calls or emails to ensure service satisfaction.
- Identify and implement effective solutions to address customer questions.
- Handle incoming calls and escalate concerns when necessary.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communication or a related field.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Familiarity with CRM software is preferred.
Monthly Salary: N80,00 – N100,00.
