Job Description
ICS Outsourcing Limited is looking for a dedicated and customer-oriented Contact Center Agent to join our dynamic team. In this position, you will manage both inbound and outbound calls, deliver outstanding customer service, and effectively address customer inquiries to ensure satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Professionally handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries.
- Initiate outbound calls for follow-ups, surveys, or campaigns.
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently and escalate complex issues as necessary.
Requirements:
- Minimum OND/NCE; a Bachelor’s Degree is an advantage.
- Preferred experience in a call center or related field.
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities.
Salary: N100,00/month.
