Job Description
We are currently looking for a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to provide essential support to our CEO. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, a keen attention to detail, and the capability to efficiently manage multiple tasks.
Your primary responsibilities will include scheduling meetings, managing the CEO’s calendar, handling correspondence, and assisting with project management. The successful candidate will be a problem solver, exhibit a positive attitude, and demonstrate a high degree of professionalism at all times.
Qualifications required include prior experience as an executive assistant or in a similar capacity, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and the capability to maintain confidentiality.
