Job Description

Emeritus Consult is on the lookout for an organized and customer-oriented Front Desk Officer to effectively manage our reception area and deliver top-tier administrative support. This full-time role offers a competitive salary ranging from NGN 75,00 to 150,00, while ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for both visitors and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Professionally greet and assist visitors.
• Efficiently manage phone calls, emails, and general correspondence.
• Ensure the reception area remains organized and presentable.
• Provide administrative assistance, including scheduling and filing tasks.
• Address client inquiries and route requests to appropriate personnel.

Requirements:

• High School diploma (SSCE); a degree in business administration is advantageous.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
