Job Description
OMOAREGA CONSULTING LIMITED is in search of a dedicated Customer Service Representative to efficiently handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints. This role requires processing orders and modifications while ensuring customer satisfaction across various communication channels. The ability to maintain composure under pressure is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
