Oconsulting Limited is seeking a Customer Experience (CX) Leader to enhance user interactions and drive operational excellence in bustling mobility corridors. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily CX operations, analyze user data to pinpoint pain points, coach the CX team, and compile essential reports to guide growth strategies. Building trust with our riders and drivers will be vital for your success.
We are looking for candidates with over 5 years of experience in CX leadership, a proven record in customer retention, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in CX tools.
