Job Description
Kenedri Services is actively seeking committed Call Agent Officers to become a vital part of our team. In this position, your primary responsibility will be to reach out to borrowers for the collection of overdue payments and to negotiate feasible payment arrangements. It is crucial to maintain precise records of all loan collections to ensure compliance and accuracy.
Additionally, you will address customer inquiries regarding loan payments, while strictly following company policies and legal standards. Strong communication skills are essential for effectively establishing rapport with borrowers and facilitating successful interactions.
