Job Description
BrandDrive is looking for a proactive Operations & Admin Staff member to optimize our daily operations. This multifaceted role involves administrative management, HR support, customer service, and team coordination. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, capable of efficiently managing diverse responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support and assist with recruitment efforts.
- Track deliverables and oversee workflow efficiency.
- Coordinate interdepartmental communication and support onboarding processes.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.
Requirements: A bachelor’s degree is preferred, along with 1-2 years of experience in operations or HR. Strong organizational skills and proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace are essential.
