Job Description
DO-II Designs is looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide exceptional administrative support to the Managing Director (MD). This pivotal role ensures the seamless operation of our Sales, Marketing, and Projects department.
Key responsibilities include managing the MD’s calendar, coordinating meetings, handling correspondence, and serving as a liaison between the MD and various stakeholders. The ideal candidate will possess a B.Sc. in Business Administration, at least 3 years of experience in an executive assistant role, and demonstrate strong organizational and communication skills.
Salary: N200,00 per month.
