Job Description
MIM FINANCE is on the lookout for a dedicated and ambitious Business Development Officer to drive the growth of our cutting-edge salary advance solution, WageX. This position involves establishing strong partnerships with various organizations across Nigeria and engaging with influential decision-makers, including HR Managers, CEOs, and Finance Directors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify potential partnership opportunities across diverse industries.
- Develop and nurture relationships with corporate decision-makers.
- Effectively present the benefits of WageX to encourage adoption.
- Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements.
Required Skills:
- Proven experience in B2B sales or business development within the fintech sector.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.
- Self-motivated, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
