Job Description
HR And Its People is looking for a dedicated Customer Care / Sales Representative to join our onsite team. This role involves serving as the voice of our brand, effectively converting inquiries into sales through a fast, friendly, and competent approach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries through WhatsApp, Telegram, and Instagram.
- Provide payment details, verify transfers, and document order information.
- Follow up on deliveries and gather customer feedback.
- Foster strong online relationships with customers.
- Assist with basic marketing initiatives and daily engagement strategies.
