Job Description
Standard Bank is looking for an Inbound Call Center Supervisor to lead a dynamic team of consultants at our Customer Contact Centre located in Ilupeju Industrial Avenue, Lagos, Nigeria. This full-time position requires a dedicated individual who can ensure exceptional service quality for both inbound and outbound calls. The successful candidate will be responsible for efficiently resolving customer inquiries and complaints while monitoring team performance to uphold service standards, thereby enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree
Experience: A minimum of 4 years in a contact center environment is required.
