Job Description
Apple Devices is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR & Admin Manager to enhance our daily operations in Human Resources and administration. The perfect candidate will bring hands-on experience in HR functions, office management, and employee relations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with recruitment and interview scheduling.
- Maintain accurate employee records.
- Facilitate onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Address inquiries related to HR policies.
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations.
- Manage inventory of office supplies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- 3–5 years of relevant HR and administrative experience.
- Strong understanding of labor laws.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS.
