Job Description
Location: Ikeja
Preferred Location: Ogba, Ikeja Environs
Job Type: On-site, Monday to Saturday
TON Corporate Services, a rapidly growing tech retail company, is seeking a dedicated Order Fulfillment Officer to efficiently process, package, and deliver customer orders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor app orders and prepare items for delivery.
- Ensure timely dispatch in coordination with logistics partners.
- Manage returns, replacements, and tracking updates.
- Collaborate effectively with inventory and customer service teams.
Requirements:
- OND/HND/Bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in order fulfillment.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficient with technology and proactive in approach.
Salary: Starting from ₦200,00.00 per month.
