Job Description
CEO’s Mart is in search of a committed Supermarket Floor Supervisor to oversee daily operations on the sales floor. The ideal candidate will lead a team, implement effective business strategies, and enhance the customer experience while ensuring sales targets are achieved.
Key Responsibilities: Manage staff, monitor inventory levels, execute merchandising strategies, analyze sales data, and ensure adherence to health regulations. Strong leadership capabilities and prior retail experience are essential.
Qualifications: High School Diploma required (degree in Retail Management is a plus), previous retail experience, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in inventory management are necessary.
