Job Description
Kenex Konsults International is actively looking for a skilled HR Administrator to oversee our human resources functions and deliver essential administrative support. This full-time role is located in Lagos and offers a competitive salary ranging from NGN 150,00 to 250,00.
Responsibilities: The selected candidate will manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee records, assist with payroll and performance management processes, ensure adherence to labor laws, oversee office administration, and coordinate staff training and welfare initiatives.
Requirements: Ideal candidates will possess a Bachelor’s degree in HR or Business Administration, a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, outstanding organizational skills, excellent communication proficiency, and strong MS Office capabilities.
