Job Description
Location: Bourdillon Breakfast & Fries, Abuja
We are looking for a dedicated and talented Line Cook / Sous Chef to become a vital part of our dynamic kitchen team. In this role, you will support food preparation, cooking, and plating while upholding our high standards of hygiene and presentation.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Preparing, cooking, and presenting meals according to Bourdillon’s established recipes.
- Supervising kitchen staff and ensuring cleanliness and safety in the kitchen.
- Monitoring inventory levels and assisting in training new culinary team members.
- Ensuring efficient meal service, even during peak hours.
Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent
Compensation: ₦100,00.00 – ₦120,00.00 per month
