Job Description
Bimak Associates is looking for a highly organized and articulate individual to fill the role of Office Admin. This full-time position will also serve as a Personal Assistant to the Managing Partner. The successful candidate will manage the Managing Partner’s schedule, oversee office administration, draft official documents, coordinate meeting logistics, and maintain a professional office environment.
Applicants should possess a minimum 2:1 degree in Mass Communication, demonstrate strong communication skills, manage social media effectively, and exhibit keen attention to detail. A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience is required.
