Job Description

Aluko & Oyebode is in search of a proactive and dedicated Personal Assistant to provide high-level administrative and personal support to our esteemed Partners. The successful candidate will exhibit exceptional organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the capability to handle multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

Key responsibilities encompass calendar management, meeting coordination, correspondence handling, and maintaining organized filing systems. Additionally, the role entails preparing reports, coordinating logistics for meetings, and managing confidential information with utmost professionalism.

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field, accompanied by a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong communication skills are also essential for this role.
