Job Description
BeautyByTejj Studio is on the lookout for a proactive and organized Customer & Social Media Support Specialist. The ideal candidate will have outstanding communication skills, a genuine passion for the beauty industry, and a solid background in social media management.
Key Responsibilities: You will manage client interactions, respond to inquiries promptly, and uphold an engaging online presence for BeautyByTejj Studio.
Requirements: A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Communications, 2-3 years of experience in customer service and social media management, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and various social media platforms are essential.
This is a full-time position based in Lagos, offering a competitive salary ranging from NGN 75,00 to 150,00.
