Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized Executive Assistant to provide essential support to our executive team. The ideal candidate will possess outstanding communication skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a dynamic environment.
Key responsibilities include managing calendars, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence efficiently. A proactive mindset and keen attention to detail are vital for thriving in this position.
A minimum of an Associate’s degree is preferred, along with at least two years of experience in an administrative support capacity. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with online collaboration tools will be advantageous.
