Job Description
Join our team at His Glow Consult, one of the most vibrant new restaurants in Lekki, as a Human Resource Officer. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing recruitment, onboarding, staff welfare, performance management, and employee relations, all while promoting a positive workplace culture.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- 2-3 years of experience in human resources
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, with experience in HR processes within the hospitality sector
