Job Description
BRYMEDOT INTERNATIONAL CONCEPT is currently looking for a dedicated Front Desk Officer to join our dynamic team in Lagos. This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from NGN 75,00 to 150,00. As a Front Desk Officer, you will be responsible for performing vital administrative tasks, managing correspondence, scheduling appointments, and maintaining an organized filing system to ensure efficient office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and postal correspondence.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings effectively.
- Prepare accurate documents as required.
- Maintain organized filing systems for easy access.
- Oversee office supplies and warmly greet guests upon arrival.
Requirements: An OND in any field and 0-1 year of relevant experience is preferred.
