Job Description
Resource Intermediaries Limited is on the lookout for an Assistant Project Manager to facilitate the effective execution of office fit-out and construction projects. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to specifications, showcasing excellent coordination and stakeholder management abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support in project planning, coordination, and execution.
- Communicate effectively with contractors and client representatives.
- Monitor project schedules and key milestones.
- Draft project correspondence and prepare reports.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant discipline.
- 2-4 years of experience in construction project coordination.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
Salary Range: N300,00 – N400,00 Net Monthly
