Job Description
Whip-smart Service Providers is seeking a dynamic and experienced individual for the role of Customer Service Team Lead. This position requires strong leadership skills and exceptional customer service abilities.
Responsibilities:
- Manage customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Lead and motivate the customer service team.
- Identify and implement process improvements.
Requirements:
- 4 years of managerial experience.
- Strong communication skills.

Compensation: ₦120,00 – ₦150,00 per month
