Job Description
We are looking for a skilled and committed Deputy HR Manager to join our team at The Oleaster Wellbeing & Recovery Center. The successful candidate will assist the HR Manager in managing all human resources functions, ensuring compliance with labor regulations, and fostering a positive workplace environment.
Key responsibilities include supporting recruitment efforts, facilitating employee onboarding, managing performance evaluations, and enhancing employee relations.
Qualified applicants should demonstrate strong leadership abilities, a comprehensive understanding of HR practices, and excellent communication skills. A degree in Human Resources or a related discipline is preferred.
