Responsibilities:
- Ensure strict compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Monitor business performance metrics and assess operational effectiveness.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure process alignment.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Proficient data analysis skills.
- 5-7 years of experience in operations management, specifically within the Nigerian Mining Industry.
