Job Description
Numero Homes Global Resources is actively seeking an IT Officer to manage and enhance the technology infrastructure across our organization and its subsidiaries. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing computer systems, ensuring robust data security, and providing technical support to staff members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain all hardware, software, and networking components.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system and network issues for staff.
- Implement security measures to protect against cyber threats.
- Assist in the development and support of digital platforms and IT projects.
- Document and maintain IT systems and processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or system administration.
- Proficient knowledge of Windows and Mac OS, along with security protocols.
