Job Description
BashleeNG is excited to announce an opening for the position of Business Development Manager! We are looking for qualified candidates to join our teams in Abeokuta, Sagamu, and Ilaro.
Salary: ₦150,00 per month
Work Hours: Monday to Friday: 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM; Remote work available on Saturdays.
Qualifications: Candidates must possess an HND, BSc, B.Ed, or a Master’s degree, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in microfinance and at least 2 years in a related field. Strong leadership, analytical, and business development skills are essential.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement business strategies, facilitate decision-making, manage lending and financial products, analyze marketing data, streamline business processes, and foster partnerships.
