Job Description
Neptune Microfinance Bank is currently seeking a dedicated Investment Officer to enhance our deposit portfolio growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing new customers and effectively promoting our deposit products while fostering strong client relationships. This target-oriented role requires the mobilization of deposits from individual clients, small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), and corporate organizations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve deposit mobilization targets.
- Promote deposit and investment products.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Nurture and maintain strong customer relationships.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in deposit mobilization or sales.
- Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding targets.
