Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 5 to 7 years of experience, including 3 to 4 years in account management or customer success roles.
- Proficient in CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho.
- Strong commercial acumen for identifying growth opportunities.
