Job Description
Sigma Consulting Group is actively looking for an experienced Facility Manager to lead the daily operations of our hospital facility located in Abuja. The successful candidate should possess a BSc or HND in Facility Management or a related discipline, along with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in the healthcare industry.
The primary responsibilities include managing maintenance schedules, overseeing cleaning personnel, ensuring the efficient operation of utility systems, and coordinating repair and improvement projects. Exceptional leadership and problem-solving abilities are crucial for this role.
Salary Range: 300,00 – 500,00 NGN per month. Additional benefits include health maintenance organization (HMO), accommodation support, and paid leave. This is a full-time, on-site position.
